Clearance

Order judgment and mortgage payoffs, gather satisfactions or any proof needed to clear title, update    all expired payoffs, call to verify open mortgages, status reports on clearance issues. All proof will    be sent directly to you for verification and clearance. If proof is not sufficient, we will do more leg    work. Leave all the time consuming tasks to us so that your Reader/Examiner can cure more titles.

Closing

Input closing information into FREE HUD software, assign policy number, fully prepare affidavits,    order title and tax continuations, generate title bill/HUD, prepare and upload title package for title    closer, report of monthly sales commissions due, status reports to track monthly closings
